Welcome to Sovereign Estate’s website! We are very excited that you are checking it out and hopefully using all of the tools. Our company has gone to great lengths to create a website that is useful for people who would like up-to-date information on the Real Estate market. We strive to be the people and company that you think of when you need Real Estate advice.
Beginnings
Sovereign Estate, Inc. was created in September of 2009 by Phillip and Austin Dias. Austin had graduated from college at California State University Channel Islands in the spring with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a second degree in Political Science. Meanwhile Phillip Dias, Austin’s father had been working in Real Estate since 1996. The final piece to the puzzle was Lawrence Sand, a 35+ year Real Estate Mortgage Industry expert who is the broker of record for the corporation.
Leadership Team
Lawrence Sand is a retired Navy Captain and a former Mortgage Industry Executive. His Mortgage expertise lies in secondary marketing, GNMA securities, loan origination, loan servicing and REO management. He has been active in all aspects of the loan origination process since 1971 from processing and funding servicing through Senior Management. He has also created and set up two complete mortgage banking operations.
Phillip Dias was the CEO of Andretti Wine Group (AWG) prior to his career in Real Estate. During his tenure at AWG he was active in acquiring vineyards in Napa and Sonoma County. As CEO he nearly tripled AWG, Ltd., assets in one year, taking the company from $1.8 million to more than $5 million. These experiences created a passion for Real Estate.

Website Features
The Sovereign Estate search engine powered by Google, has many features that we are proud of. First, search with the map or any of the other options. With the map check out the terrain feature to see how the land around a certain area is. Put in different criteria to really hone in on the items that you desire. Hit search and see the listings pull up straight from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that Realtors use.
Save your favorite searches and receive email updates when changes occur within that criteria (new listings, homes sold, price changes etc…) This feature is great for monitoring that neighborhood or community that you are looking to move to. It also works great if you would like to monitor home values in your area, building, neighborhood or even on your street. Sit back and let us do the work for you! We’ll keep you updated on the latest happenings within your criteria.
iPhone/Android App
If you have an iPhone or Android you’re going to love our App. Picture yourself on a Sunday drive and you see a place that you like, the App will automatically locate you via GPS and displays all of the available listings for sale within a half mile. If you see something you like, simply click on the photos or listing details for more info.
